Man, 32, stabbed to death in Bronx apartment, person of interest in custody

A 32-year-old man was stabbed to death inside a Bronx apartment early Thursday, police said.

A man described by police as a person of interest was taken into custody but not immediately charged.

The victim was stabbed in the neck inside the home on on Selwyn Ave. near Claremont Park about 1:30 a.m., cops said.

Medics rushed him to BronxCare Health System but he could not be saved. His name was not immediately released.

The victim was stabbed in a knife fight with a relative, police sources told 1010 WINS. A knife was recovered by cops, the station reported.
