A 28-year-old man was shot dead in front of a Bronx apartment building, cops said Sunday.
Police found the victim shot in the face and chest on Rodman Place near West Farms Road in West Farms at about 6:15 p.m. Saturday.
Medics took him to St. Barnabas Hospital, but he couldn’t be saved. His name has not yet been released.
Police have made no arrests.
The shooting marks the ninth slaying this year in the 48 Precinct, which saw 13 homicides through Dec. 15 of last year, according to NYPD stats.
