A 60-year-old woman has wowed people after sharing her secret to looking decades years younger than she actually is.
Vicky Derosa, who posts about beauty and life hacks on TikTok, shared her holy grail item that helps her look youthful – and it can be found in the kitchen.
In a recent video, she claims this is the best anti-ageing secret she has learned. The former model said she discovered this hack when she was a teenager: “One day I had baked in the sun like all day, and my grandfather, being Greek, this is what he came to the rescue with.”
She revealed that yoghurt was the key – she explained that she had to lie down and he put yoghurt all over her face and it really helped.
She went on to explain this is one of the best things you can do for your face for lines, acne scars, dark circles and even inflammation.
“If you wake up and you’ve got you know some suburn, if you’ve got acne scars that you’ve been trying to use medication for – 5, 10, 15 minutes whatever you can spare, whatever time you can spare.
“If you can get a yoghurt mask once a day two or three times a week – the lactic acid and the zinc is what is actually so amazing for the skin.”
People were quick to comment and most of them agreed with the magical kitchen ingredient. One person said: “Using it for 10 years now no wrinkles at 35. Also mix little bit of mashed banana.”
Another said: “Yes yogurt against burns it’s known, childhood memories in Balkans.”
In another video, Vicky also says she swears by this one makeup trick that has helped her look and feel youthful her over the past four decades.
“Dark lipstick may look amazing, I’ve done a few videos about this because everybody keeps asking me about the lipstick. Dark lipstick I’m sure looks fabulous, red lipstick looks amazing,” she explained.
However, it’s the light lipstick that makes you look younger says Vicky.
