Amazon is selling Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra for lowest price

Samsung unveiled its latest Galaxy S25 smartphone range earlier this week, meaning you can now get many of its older models for less. This includes the S24 range, with Amazon offering the lowest price around for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

For a limited time, the online giant has knocked 11% off the mobile phone, bringing the price down from £1,349 to £1,199. This is the cheapest price on offer, with it costing £1,249 when bought directly from Samsung.

Amazon’s £150 saving isn’t the only thing to celebrate, as the gadget also comes with a three-year manufacturer extended warranty when bought via the online retailer. The Samsung Galaxy Ultra S24 is available in several colours, however it’s the stunning titanium violet shade that is currently on sale.

The phone has a capacity of 512GB and comes equipped with the powers of AI, making it ‘effortless’ to do a variety of daily tasks. This includes editing photos and getting real-time interpretations while on a call.

The device comes with a built-in S Pen and claims to have ‘the most megapixels on a mobile phone’. It has faster processing that’s nearly double of the previous S23 Ultra model’s Vapor Chamber to give you a smooth graphics experience, greater energy efficiency, and all-day battery.

The S24 is incredibly durable, with it being scratch, water and dust resistant thanks to its Corning Gorilla Armour. It boasts an overall rating of 4.6 out of five from over 640 Amazon customers.

One delighted customer said: “I’ve been using Galaxy phones for years, and the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is a great upgrade after I accidentally destroyed my old one. The camera is incredible, especially the 200MP feature. The zoom works so well. As expected from Samsung, the design and display are top-notch.”

A second wrote: “I have used Samsung phones for well over a decade and they are always loaded with the latest features. The S24 Ultra is no exception and is filled to the brim with next gen mobile features, primarily down to the newest inclusion, AI. Probably the nicest addition for me is the inbuilt S-Pen.

“The cameras are top notch, with a 200x zoom on the ultra. It is noticeably heavier than its predecessors, but for me this is a good thing, making it feel sturdy and expensive. The screen is bright and works very well in sunlight, with minimal to no glare.”

Unfortunately not every Amazon shopper was impressed with the Samsung S24 Ultra, as one person explained: “This phone has sharp edges and it is very uncomfortable to hold. Not sure how this got approved from Samsung’s design team.”

Another noted: “The phone is good but battery life is not as advertised. It won’t last a full day if you use it consistently. Not happy with the battery life.”

However, not everyone agrees about the battery life, as a five-star review reads: “As expected this phone is excellent. The screen is very clear and sharp. It has no issue running multiple apps at once and swapping between them is a breeze.

“Love the S Pen to do detailed work or when I just want to write using a pen. The battery easily lasts all day with constant use and a few with occasional use and music playing. Quite expensive but hopefully will last a long time.”

If you’d like to give the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra a try, you can buy it here for £1,199 while the Amazon sale lasts. Fancy browsing more smart phones? Very is currently offering the Apple iPhone 16 on sale for £749. It features Apple Intelligence; the personal intelligence system that helps you write, express yourself, and get things done ‘effortlessly’.

Elsewhere, Argos is now offering the Google Pixel 8 at its lowest-ever price of £449. The SIM-free phone prides itself on having ‘an amazing camera, powerful security and an all-day battery’.
