A new analysis of supermarket customer experiences has revealed which chains excel in their customer reviews, with one UK retailer emerging as the top performer
Conducted by the retail experts at Wethrift, the team looked at which supermarkets deliver the best overall customer experience.
In addition to analysing which retailers have the highest customer reviews, the report examined key factors such as supermarket loyalty schemes, the availability of features like 24-hour stores, in-store cafés, and “Scan & Shop” options, plus accessibility measured by the number of locations.
To help find customer satisfaction, the team analysed reviews on Trustpilot, where Sainsbury’s topped the rankings with a rating of 3.6 out of five.
The reviews typically praise the supermarket’s exceptional customer service, high-quality products, and convenient online shopping experience.
